I grabbed a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” catering deal, but it didn’t apply correctly at checkout even after re-entering the code twice. Customer support took a while to get back to me about 48 hours. Eventually, they honored it, but the delay was frustrating. The savings were decent, but the experience wasn’t seamless. Could’ve been better overall.
